We started this business because renting a motorbike in Thailand should feel exciting — not stressful. Today we are one of the larger rental teams in Krabi, but customer satisfaction is still what grounds everything we do.

Many years ago, a close friend rented a motorbike from a shop in Thailand and had to leave his passport as a deposit. When he returned the bike, the shop refused to give his passport back — they accused him of lightly damaging the bike and demanded an exorbitant amount of money. In the end, he had to pay to get his passport back.
Watching him go through that experience stayed with me. I decided to start our own rental company with a simple rule: we do not take passports as deposits. We ask for a cash deposit instead, because I believe renting a motorbike should be a fun, easy experience.
There is too much negativity between rental shops and customers in this industry. We wanted to build a business that removes that stress — clear handover, fair treatment, and a team that actually wants you to enjoy your holiday.
Like many businesses, we started small — focused entirely on customer experience rather than shortcuts. As we gained more customers, we reinvested 100% of our profits into buying more bikes and hiring more staff.
That steady reinvestment is how we reached where we are today: six full-time team members and two part-time team members, with more than 100 motorcycles and scooters in our fleet.
Although we are much larger now than when we began, our commitment to customer satisfaction is still what grounds the business. If you have a special request — delivery timing, a particular model, extra gear, or something unusual for your trip — please tell us. We always try to accommodate people's needs where we can.

Our promise
Cash deposits — never your passport. Clear handover, fair treatment, and a team that wants your rental to feel easy from the first message to the last ride.
Our fleet covers automatic scooters, premium maxi-scooters, and manual motorcycles for experienced riders — but every machine we rent today has two wheels.
We may in the future build our own custom sidecar motorcycles, which would be available for customers who want that style of ride. That is a project for later. For now, everything in our fleet is a conventional two-wheel motorbike or scooter.
Do you have a 3-wheeled bike for rent?
No — all of our bikes are standard two-wheel scooters and motorcycles. We do not currently offer three-wheeled rentals.
We intend to keep growing — adding more bikes, improving our services, and listening to what customers ask for each season.
Longer term, we hope to expand into a second location, and possibly even a third, so more visitors can collect a well-maintained bike with the same Krabi Moto Rentals experience.

Renting a bike and exploring this part of Thailand should make you happy. It should give you a memorable experience that lasts for years. Everyone who uses our service and rides our bikes seems to have a great time, and that is what keeps us going through the long days and difficult nights: repairing bikes, changing tyres, fixing machines after accidents, and doing the accounting at the end of every month.
