Renters must meet minimum age and licence requirements applicable in Thailand and to the motorcycle category selected.
Operational confirmation is required for specific licence classes and experience levels.
A valid motorcycle licence or internationally recognised equivalent may be required depending on engine size and local regulations.
Licence verification process to be confirmed operationally.
Passport or government-issued identification and a copy may be requested at handover.
We do not hold your passport as deposit security.
Minimum and maximum rental durations depend on motorcycle availability and season.
Rental start and end times are agreed at booking confirmation.
Motorcycles must be used on public roads in accordance with Thai traffic law.
Off-road use, racing, or use outside agreed areas may be prohibited unless explicitly approved.
Passengers are permitted only where the motorcycle is designed and legally allowed to carry a passenger.
A helmet for the passenger is included where helmets are provided with the rental.
Substance-impaired riding, reckless riding, and unauthorised drivers are prohibited.
Specific prohibited uses will be listed in the final rental agreement.

Renters are responsible for securing the motorcycle when unattended, including use of provided locks where supplied.
