At Krabi Moto Rentals, our relationship with our customers doesn't end when we hand over the keys. We understand that renting a scooter or motorcycle in a new country can sometimes feel unfamiliar, and knowing that help is only a phone call away provides valuable peace of mind. That's exactly why we offer roadside assistance and customer support throughout your rental.
Although our fleet is professionally maintained and mechanical problems are extremely uncommon, unexpected situations can occasionally happen. Whether it's something as simple as a flat tyre or a more serious mechanical issue, our priority is getting you safely back on the road with as little disruption to your holiday as possible.

If something doesn't seem right with your motorcycle, or if you experience any type of problem, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through WhatsApp, telephone, or email. Simply tell us what has happened, send us your location if possible, and we'll guide you through the next steps.
In many cases, the solution is much simpler than people expect, and we can often help resolve the issue quickly over the phone.
By far the most common roadside problem experienced by riders is a punctured tyre. This can happen anywhere in the world and is usually caused by nails, screws, sharp stones, or other debris on the road.
If you experience a flat tyre, don't worry.
Contact us, send us your location, and we'll help you find the nearest tyre repair shop. Motorcycle repair shops are located throughout Krabi and across Thailand, and puncture repairs are usually completed very quickly.
In most cases, repairing a punctured tyre or replacing an inner tube costs less than 200 THB, allowing you to continue your journey with minimal delay.
While major mechanical issues are extremely rare thanks to our preventative maintenance programme, we always prepare for every possibility.
If your motorcycle develops a fault that cannot be repaired quickly, our team will arrange assistance as soon as possible. Whenever practical within our service area, we'll come to your location, provide you with a replacement motorcycle, and transport the original bike back to our workshop for inspection and repair.
Our objective is simple: keep your holiday moving while we take care of the mechanical problem.
Our roadside assistance service covers all of Krabi Province. Whether you're staying in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang, Tubkaek, or exploring elsewhere within the province, our team is ready to help whenever assistance is needed.
If your travels take you outside Krabi Province, we may not always be able to drive directly to your location. However, that doesn't mean you're without support.
Thailand has an excellent network of motorcycle repair shops, and experienced mechanics can be found in almost every town and city. If you experience a problem outside our immediate service area, we'll stay in contact with you, help locate the nearest repair shop, explain the situation if needed, and assist you in finding the quickest solution.
Even if we can't physically reach you immediately, we'll remain available to guide you through the process until the issue has been resolved.
